The DERBCAP Module is a state-specific customization of the RBCA Tool Kit for Chemical Releases.  It is designed to complete all calculations required for Tiers 1 and 2 of the Delaware Risk-Based Corrective Action Program (DERBCAP).  The DERBCAP Module  supplements the RBCA Tool Kit to calculate baseline risk levels and cleanup standards for soil and groundwater using Delaware-specific default input parameters and modeling options.  Risk assessment procedures employed by the RBCA Tool Kit DERBCAP Module are consistent with the current Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) guidelines (1999).
