Ms. Beckley received an M.A. and B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. She has more than 14 years of experience in regulatory compliance, interpretation, and guidance development in industrial and hazardous waste and remediation programs in Texas. Ms. Beckley also has extensive experience in database and business process evaluation and streamlining. Other project experience includes litigation support and software development for measuring sustainability of remediation technologies.
