
Travis M. McGuire, P.E.Mr. McGuire is an Environmental Engineer with GSI. He received an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rice University and B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Science from McNeese State University. Since joining GSI in 2002, he has been involved in numerous site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, and litigation support projects. Mr. McGuire has extensive professional experience in environmental engineering, with specialization in the fields of remediation system design, NAPL source zone characterization and treatment, monitored natural attenuation (MNA), and groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling. Mr. McGuire has managed projects under various regulatory frameworks, including the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), the Louisiana Risk Evaluation / Corrective Action Program (RECAP), and U.S. EPA RCRA and CERCLA. Prior to joining GSI, Mr. McGuire conducted research in enhanced bioremediation of chlorinated solvents and hydrocarbon recovery using surfactants. |
