REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE.
Regulatory Agency Training: Served as ASTM RBCA Trainers for regulators and consultants in over 20 states, including Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois, Iowa, California, New York, Utah, Wisconsin, and Delaware; and internationally in Brazil, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Software: Developed only ASTM-recognized RBCA software, the RBCA Tool Kit, which currently has over 1,000 users in the U.S. and internationally.

Studies: Conducted numerous RBCA studies at industrial, military, and commercial sites around the country, including many complex multiple constituent, multiple pathway sites.

Policy: Selected by ASTM and USEPA to develop and maintain RBCA Policy Database (www.gsi-net.com/RBCAPOL/index.htm).

Professional Training: Provided professional training seminars on risk assessment and risk-based corrective action throughout U.S., and in Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
