PAUL M. NEWBERRY

Mr. Newberry is an Environmental Scientist with broad experience in information systems as well as software development and support. Mr. Newberry received his bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, and has experience with environmental site assessment and the development of environmental compliance programs. He has been the lead developer for a number of customer-specific development projects involving Microsoft Excel and Access, as well as the "SERDP Decision Support System," which allows for the visualization of remediation data. Recently, working with Dr. Tom McHugh, he was the lead developer for BioVapor, a Vapor Intrusion model being distributed freely by API (American Petroleum Institute).
